GOVERNANCE & POLICIES

As the official national governing body for table tennis in Wales, the Table Tennis Association of Wales – or Table Tennis Wales (TTW) as it is better known – is tasked with creating a safe and inclusive environment for those who want to take part and volunteer in the sport.

To ensure this happens, the TTW Board is committed to developing the organisation in line with the Governance and Leadership Framework for Wales, which helps organisations evolve to become more effective and resilient.

TTW has a created a comprehensive range of policies and key documents (some of which are outlined in the accompanying pages) to promote good practice both within the organisation and with its partners.

TTW strides to build equality and diversity into all aspects of its work, and aims to achieve equality of opportunity for everyone.

Table Tennis Wales has attained the Preliminary level of the Equality Standard for Sport and will continue to progress through the standards.
