Playing table tennis into your 40s, 50s, 60, 70s and even 80s is so possible!

We have regular competitions including Team Championships of Wales, National Championships and of course the Home Nations (each September)

Cardiff will host both the Vets World Tour (December 2019) and the European Championships (July 2021)
