North Gwent Open

The North Gwent Open was held yesterday (12th May) at Abertillery Leisure Centre with many exciting matches to choose from.

The main results include Louie Evans defeating Cade Short in the Senior Open Singles.

Cade Short did get a top spot, in the Junior Open singles, where he beat Lara Whitton.

In the senior consolation, Rhys Hetherton beat Benjamin Greve. Ruby Elliott picked up the junior consolation prize by beating club mate Evan Williams in that final.

In the Dragon events, Jayden Meadows won the U13 category whilst Reuben Greve won the U9s. Sasha Lewis & Eden Western were runners up respectively. Harri Palfrey won the U11 Dragon with Seren Jones runner up. Jayden completed the Dragon double by winning the U15 event with Rhys Fiddler 2nd place.
