Table Tennis Wales is delighted to invite you to its 2022 Summer School. The camp will offer you the opportunity to experience top class coaching, meet new table tennis players, learn new skills and improve your game.

The 3-day Summer School is open to everyone and will run from the 16th to the 18th of August 2022. With over 5 hours training on offer each day, the experienced coaching team of Matthew Porter and Chris Parker, supported by up-and-coming coaches Bailey Pye and Sam Slatter, will offer you a programme covering footwork exercises, serve and return drills, technical analysis, game-based practices, Multiball and Video Analysis all designed to add points to your game in time for the new season.

The Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, is an iconic venue that is the home to the Welsh National Squads and provides a great setting for you to experience an international standard camp. With access from the M4 and a short walk from Cardiff city centre, the Sport Wales National Centre is in a fantastic location for you to enjoy the Welsh capital in the evenings. There is accommodation on site which can be booked upon request and availability.

The cost for the 3 days is £75 or single days can be booked at £30 per day.

“We are really pleased to be able to offer our members and the wider table tennis family the chance to access some top class coaching from our excellent coaching staff and the great guest coaches we have recruited at our home at Sophia Gardens.  We are sure that the upcoming Commonwealth Games will inspire players to train and develop their skills and this camp means that everyone can experience what our top players in the country feel like” – Rhian Pearce, CEO TTW
