Neil O’Connell

Neil, from Ebbw Vale, is a retired Police Officer, and father of 3. He can trace family lineage in Welsh Table Tennis back to 1934/35 season when grandfather Daniel Arthur O’Connell won the mixed double event at the Welsh Closed of that year. He is involved in the sport at both grass roots and strategic level. He is a qualified UKCC level 1 Coach, National Umpire and Team Manager, He runs Ael-y-Bryn TTC
