Alf Roberts- “Mr Table Tennis”
It is with great sadness we must inform you Alf Roberts has passed away on 11th November 2020.
Alfie will be particularly missed by all at Trinity Table Tennis and David Jones from the club said “Alfie was a dear friend to us all, his appetite and love for our game was truly inspirational, he will be sorely missed.”
“He had just celebrated his 80th birthday in September and was looking forward to getting back at the table whenever Covid would allow, alas, Alf did not make it.”
A sad sad day for the table tennis community and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
